I Spent a lot of money on an apple case for my iPad mini 4; it has developed cracks on the top and bottom curve on the left, I bought it on 29 June 2016, only two and a half months ago, I do not know where to write to complain about this, ideally I would like my money back if I knew where to send it.... Can anyone suggest what to do and even if I can suggest getting a refund, please?

What make/kind of case did you get. Try and contact the manufacturer and see what they will do.
So you bought an Apple brand case? Did you buy it from Apple? Is it one of these:

If so, take it to an Apple store and ask.
Thank you, it was from Apple, the silicone case....only for the back of the iPad, it cost £49 in Uk, I ordered it from Apple and I had it delivered with my new iPad mini 4 because I do not live near an Apple Store, but thanks for the suggestion.
yes I did get it from Apple, silicone case £49 uk. I cannot find where to contact Apple complaints, I do not live near a store, I had it delivered with my iPad mini 4.

Demo thanks for your info, on that you suggested link there was a phone number which I rang, after speaking to lots of people, we sorted it, within 2 days I have now got my money back and they sent someone to collect the case...excellent service from Apple ..thank you for the info🙂
